Heritage Homes, Inc: Director of Residential Services/Interim Executive Director (1992 to 1994)
Managed a number of group home supervisors and medical staff providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This was a non-profit environment with responsibilities in budget review and approval, recruitment, hiring, training and disciplinary action for six group home supervisors and 93 part-time and full time staff.

Creative Living Services, Inc: Program Manager and Project Coordinator (1986 to 1992)
Managed a number of program supervisors and residential care staff providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities included supervision and training of nine group home supervisors and indirectly, 125 part-time and full time staff. In addition, I was responsible for the creation and expansion of new program opportunities in the traumatic brain injury support field.
