Business and Professional Achievements Planned and managed the implementation project for Herman Miller's first Enterprise Service Bus architecture for integrating legacy, ERP and client server applications. Resulted in productivity improvements of approx. $400K annually along with reduced ongoing maintenance expense. Designed and developed a series of complex Business Intelligence solutions using Business Objects Crystal Reports. Designed and implemented numerous production ready virtual appliances for web based integrations and reporting solutions. Played a key role in developing and designing an embedded occupancy sensing system as part of product/service development endeavor – resulted in a $450,000 service contract in a competitively held account. Facilitated and lead Herman Miller classes titled Project Management Fundamentals II and PMP Exam Preparation.
